Position Overview The Group Head – Procurement will serve as a key strategic leader, steering the entire end-to-end procurement lifecycle for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience who can seamlessly blend strategic supply chain leadership with hands-on operational excellence.

- The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services across Civil and Structural Works, High-End Interior Fitouts (Managed Office/Coworking Spaces), and Hospitality (Hotels/Resorts). Based out of Hyderabad, this leader will drive cost-efficiency through value engineering, build resilient global and domestic supply chains, optimize budget allocations (CAPEX and OPEX), and manage high-stakes vendor relationships to ensure timely,



on-spec project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Industry Exposure

- Minimum of 20+ years of progressive, verifiable experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, or Premium Commercial Interior Fit-out sectors.
- Proven track record of managing annual procurement spends of significant volume for large commercial properties, corporate offices, coworking spaces, or luxury hotels.
- Deep knowledge of structural building materials, MEP systems, high-end finishing trades, FF&E;, and OS&E; sourcing channels.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) are highly preferred and considered a robust asset.
