We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and create high-quality visual content for our skincare and haircare brands across social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, product marketing, and packaging.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Social Media

- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, infographics, banners, promotional creatives, and product visuals
- Create engaging and premium-looking content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, offers, educational content, and brand communication
- Maintain consistency across all designs according to the company's brand identity, fonts, colours, typography, and visual guidelines

Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, product videos, advertisements, and campaign content
- Create engaging video content using transitions, motion graphics, text animation, music, sound effects, and visual storytelling
- Adapt video content into different formats and sizes for social media and paid advertisements
- Stay updated with current Reels trends, editing styles, content formats, and social media trends

Product & Packaging Design
- Design and modify product packaging,



labels, cartons, tubes, bottles, boxes, and other packaging materials
- Understand and work with packaging dielines and print-ready artwork
- Prepare artwork according to required dimensions, bleed, margins, CMYK colour mode, typography, alignment, and printing specifications
- Make packaging revisions based on feedback from the marketing, production, and management teams
- Ensure packaging designs maintain brand consistency, readability, accuracy, and premium visual presentation

Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Organise and maintain editable/source files properly
- Take creative ownership and suggest new ideas and visual concepts to improve brand communication

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Good understanding of video editing, motion graphics, transitions, sound/music selection, and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of packaging design and print production is required




- Understanding of dielines, bleed, CMYK, print specifications, dimensions, and print-ready files
- Ability to create modern, premium, and engaging skincare, haircare, cosmetic, or beauty-related content
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers may also apply if they have a strong and professional portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.

Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio is mandatory.
