About the Role Hayat Hospital is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing, branding, social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design and advanced video editing, a good understanding of design consistency and branding, and the ability to understand requirements clearly and execute professional-quality creative outputs efficiently.

Candidates should also have practical knowledge of AI-based creative tools and modern content creation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media creatives, advertisements, banners, posters, and branding materials
- Edit professional videos, reels, promotional videos, and marketing content
- Create visually attractive and engaging content for digital platforms
- Maintain design consistency, branding standards, and creative quality across all projects
- Understand project requirements properly and execute creatives accordingly
- Implement AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in graphic design and video editing processes
- Ensure perfection in design alignment, typography, color balance, and visual presentation
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for content planning and execution
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
- Organize project files and maintain proper workflow management

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing in Hospital / Healthcare Industry




- Strong expertise in graphic design and advanced video editing tools
- Good understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and visual consistency
- Experience in creating content for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
- Ability to understand creative requirements and execute accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and creative perfection

Required Skills

- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
- Advanced video editing skills with professional transitions, effects, sound syncing, and color correction
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, image generation, editing, and workflow enhancement
- Strong creative sense and contemporary design understanding
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality in all creative outputs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in healthcare, branding, advertising, or digital marketing industry preferred
- Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
