NO.BS Labs is looking for two Bangalore-based graphic designers with a strong interest or experience in publishing and editorial design.
This is a full-time, contract-based position involving the design and development of photo books, journals, notebooks, stationery and other print-led products.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design covers and internal layouts for photo books, journals, notebooks and stationery
- Create clear, visually cohesive editorial and publishing systems
- Work confidently with typography, grids, image placement and page composition
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and production files
- Develop prototypes and test prints
- Coordinate with the team and printing professionals during production
- Maintain consistency across multiple books and product categories
- Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback and manage multiple design batches
Requirements
- Currently based in Bangalore
- Available to begin work from 1 October 2026
- Able to work from the office near Richmond Road, Bangalore, at least twice a week
- Available for full-time work throughout the contract
- Solid portfolio demonstrating publishing, editorial or print-design work
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good understanding of typography, grids, pagination and print production
- Comfortable working collaboratively and within fast-moving timelines
- Experience designing photo books, journals, notebooks, stationery or similar products is preferred
