We are looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer with 2+ years of professional experience who can take ideas from concept to execution and create high-quality visual content for brands and digital marketing campaigns.

? About the Role

As a graphic designer at SpaceKey Digital, you will work closely with our marketing, creative, content, performance marketing, and video teams to develop engaging visual content for our clients and internal brand.

This is a mid-level role, so we are looking for someone who can work independently, understand design requirements, contribute creative ideas, and deliver designs within deadlines.

You should have a strong understanding of social media design, branding, typography, layouts, visual communication, and digital advertising creatives.

? Key Responsibilities

Create creative and engaging designs for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives.

Develop creative visuals for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.

Create branding and marketing materials according to client requirements.

Work on campaign concepts, promotional creatives,



and marketing communication.

Develop visually appealing presentation designs, brochures, flyers, and digital marketing assets.

Create designs for website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, performance marketers, and video teams to convert marketing ideas into solid visual concepts.

Understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across different platforms.

Adapt designs according to different industries, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new creative ideas.

Make design revisions based on internal and client feedback.

Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, typography, visual styles and creative formats.

Take ownership of assigned design projects from initial concept through final delivery.

What We're Looking For

Has 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Has a strong creative mindset and good visual sense.

Understands design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and hierarchy.

Can create designs that are not only visually attractive but also support marketing objectives.

Can understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.

Has good attention to detail.

Can handle multiple projects and prioritize work based on deadlines.

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Can take feedback positively and improve designs accordingly.

Has good communication and collaboration skills.

Is willing to experiment with new creative ideas and design styles.

Required Design Skills

Strong knowledge of tools such as

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign—good to have

Figma—good to have

Canva—good to have

Basic understanding of video/reel creative design is an advantage.

Experience with AI-powered creative and design tools is also a plus.
