About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our social media marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with the ability to create and edit engaging short-form videos and reels for social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging social media posts, stories, carousels, ads, banners, and other digital creatives.
- Edit Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Work on typography, layouts, colour combinations, visual compositions and brand consistency.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations when required.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Good video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Strong sense of design, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into high-quality creatives.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience working with a social media agency, digital marketing agency or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
