Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Graphic

Designer will create visually compelling assets for D2C brands, including digital graphics for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns that align with each brand’s identity and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and strategy teams, translating creative briefs into high-impact designs, and iterating based on performance data and feedback. The role also involves developing and refining brand visuals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, preparing files for various digital platforms, and maintaining organized design libraries.

Designer is expected to stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative output.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and performance marketing contexts.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to build and evolve cohesive visual identities for D2C brands.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and visually engaging designs.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
- Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, and deliver designs on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and openness to iterative feedback based on performance data.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant digital design work for ads, social media, and web experiences; experience with D2C brands is an advantage.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
