GRAPHIC DESIGNER - PRANAVA GROUP Position Details ParticularDetails Designation Graphic Designer Department Marketing / Design Industry Real Estate & Construction Location Hyderabad Reporting To Marketing Manager / Functional Head Experience 2-5 Years Job Purpose To create high-quality, creative and brand-consistent visual communication for Pranava Group s real estate projects, including villas, high-rise apartments, residential projects and open plots. The role will support digital marketing, sales, branding, social media and project-specific marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for villas, apartments, high-rise projects and open plots.

- Create social media posts, banners, campaign creatives, brochures and promotional materials.

- Develop creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

- Design project brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, advertisements and sales collaterals.

- Create campaign creatives for property launches, offers, events and customer engagement activities.

- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to understand campaign requirements.

- Develop creative concepts based on project positioning, target customers and campaign objectives.

- Maintain consistency with Pranava Group brand guidelines, colours, typography and visual identity.

- Edit and enhance property photographs, project images and marketing visuals.

- Create presentation designs and other internal corporate communication materials.

- Coordinate with external printers, agencies, photographers and other vendors when required.

- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital and print platforms.

- Maintain an organized library of editable artwork, images, videos and final creative files.

- Stay updated with current real estate design, digital marketing and social media creative trends.
