Graphic Designer — Navrang Group of Industries

Navrang Group of Industries is a Mumbai-based advertising agency specializing in POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and retail branding solutions for leading FMCG and corporate clients. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who combines strong creative thinking with hands-on print production expertise.

What you'll do:

- Conceptualize and design POSM, retail branding and in-store visual elements across formats.
- Work with open client artwork files and adapt them accurately for production.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim and die-line specifications.
- Apply sound knowledge of color systems — CMYK, Pantone/spot colors, RGB and other print color schematics - to maintain consistency from screen to final output.
- Understand different printing techniques (offset, digital, screen, UV, etc.) and how each affects the final look and finish.
- Work across print substrates and material variants commonly used in POSM.
- Maintain brand guidelines and typography consistency across client projects.




- Coordinate with the production/print team to proof and troubleshoot files before final print runs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

What we're looking for:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production workflows — color modes, resolution, bleed, dielines and finishing techniques.
- Sharp eye for layout, composition and typography.
- Prior experience in POSM, retail branding, packaging or print-heavy design environments preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to problem-solve when handling client-supplied files
- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and print work
