We’re looking for someone who notices the little things.
Someone who can look at a blank page and think, “Wait… I have an idea.”
Mineralogy is a new mineral-led skincare brand built around skin, science, minerals and a whole lot of curiosity. We’re building the brand from scratch — which means you won’t just be designing posts. You’ll help shape how Mineralogy looks, feels and shows up in the world.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing everything from Instagram posts, stories and reels to campaigns, launches and brand moments.
- Bringing our visual language to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Working closely with the founder and social media team to turn ideas into things people actually want to look at.
- Playing around with typography, layouts, textures, motion and visual storytelling.
- Helping us build a recognisable Mineralogy world as we grow.
What we’re looking forYou don't need to know everything about skincare.
We care more about whether you:
- Have a strong eye for design and detail
- Understand what makes something visually interesting
- Can make a simple idea look really good
- Are comfortable experimenting instead of copying what everyone else is doing
- Know your way around tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, After Effects or whatever you use to make valuable things happen
- Can take feedback without taking it personally — and give your own ideas back
- Actually enjoy being involved in the thinking, not just the designing
Why Mineralogy?Because you’re joining us at the beginning.
There is no 50-person creative department telling you what the brand should look like. You’ll work closely with the founders, experiment, make mistakes, try things again and actually see your work become part of a brand being built from the ground up.
