Were looking for a designer whose first love is graphic design. Someone who obsesses over typography, layouts, grids, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling and is starting to understand that every design decision should communicate something meaningful.

Two or three years in, youve built craft. Youre fast, youre clean, and youre hungry for work thats more considered than what youve been handed so far. If you spend your free time exploring new design styles, experimenting with AI tools, or analysing why a brand works, wed love to meet you.

What youll do

- Execute across brand identity systems, presentations, social media creatives, campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Extend existing brand systems into current formats without losing the logic that holds them together.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and manage the details that come with it.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
- Learn to present your rationale why this typeface, why this grid, why this crop.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.

What were looking for

- 23 years of experience, preferably at a branding or design studio.




- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of print production bleeds, colour modes, file prep.
- Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
- Curious, humble and constantly learning.
- An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or similar.

Bonus points

- Experience designing responsive websites.
- Motion design or animation skills.
- Illustration ability.
