About Growthym

Growthym is an AI-first growth marketing agency based in Noida. We help B2B, SaaS, D2C and services brands in India, the US, the UK, the UAE, Europe and Australia get found on Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and we run their paid media, social media, creative and websites. We are a lean team that values ownership, speed and clean execution.

The role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer who can turn briefs into scroll-stopping social posts, ad creatives and brand assets for multiple client brands every week. You will work with our Creative Director and the performance and social teams, so your work will be judged on how it looks and on how it performs.

What you will do

- Design social media creatives (static posts, carousels, stories) for 4 to 6 client brands, typically 15 to 25 finished creatives a week
- Produce ad creatives for Meta, Google and LinkedIn in all required sizes, with 2 to 3 variations per concept for testing
- Create brand identity assets: logos, brand guidelines, colour and type systems
- Design pitch decks, presentations, brochures, flyers and other print and digital collateral
- Design website and landing page visuals and banners
- Use AI image tools to speed up concepts and moodboards, with the final craft done in Adobe
- Close feedback rounds within 24 hours and keep source files organised and correctly named on Google Drive
- Maintain reusable templates for each client brand





What you need (mandatory)

- 2 to 4 years as a Graphic Designer at a digital marketing, advertising or branding agency
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma and Canva
- A portfolio with social media, ad and branding work (add the link to your CV)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and handle multiple brands and deadlines in a day

Valuable to have

- Motion design for reels and animated posts (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
- AI image tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
- UI or website design in Figma
- Work for international brands

Work details

- Location: Suite 2, H-36, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (work from office)
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Employment type: Full-time
- Experience: 2 to 4 years (digital marketing agency experience mandatory)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
