Ghaziabad

Most design jobs at a 27-year-old company mean maintaining what already exists. This one doesn't quite.

Cura has an approved brand guideline and a recently built, well executed design system. What it doesn't have is enough hands to apply it across everything we're now publishing: social, campaigns, the website, our own health content destination, the catalogue, and the trade material that goes out to chemists and distributors across 28 states.

So you're not inventing a visual identity. You're the person who makes it show up everywhere, consistently, at volume.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DESIGN

- Social statics and carousels across our channels — the highest volume part of the job, and the part that has to stay sharp every single week.
- Campaign visuals across formats, from the hero asset down to the resizes nobody thinks about until launch day
- Creative for Health Baithak, our own health-writing destination — a distinct visual register from the main brand, sitting inside the same system.
- Website assets — banners, category and landing-page visuals, product imagery layout.
- Print and trade material — the product catalogue, distributor and chemist collateral, and exhibition material for B2B events.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT

Three things, and the second and third are where most portfolios fall down.

- You work inside a system rather than around it. The guideline exists and is approved. Range matters less to us than whether every asset you make looks like it came from the same company.
- You typeset Devanagari and Latin properly, together. We speak to a Hindi heartland audience and an English comfortable urban one, often in the same asset. Most designers treat Hindi as English with different glyphs, and it shows immediately.
- You can take a job to print. Bleeds, CMYK, and a conversation with a printer that doesn't end in a reprint. A catalogue is not a social post at a different size.

ONE THING DESIGNERS DON'T EXPECT

We're a health brand in a category the regulator watches closely,

and the text you set is a claim exactly like the text someone writes. A benefit line on a carousel, a number on a banner, a phrase pulled forward because it balanced the layout, any of those can create a real legal problem for us.

So the designer we want is the one who asks before setting a line that makes a promise, rather than setting it because the composition needed a headline there.

YOU, IF THIS IS FOR YOU

- 2–4 years designing professionally, with a portfolio showing volume work — not only three beautiful case studies.
- Strong in Illustrator and Photoshop. InDesign for anything long-form and print. Figma is a plus.
- Bilingual typesetting, done well, with work you can point to.
- Print production experience — catalogues, packaging adjacent work, trade collateral.
- FMCG, wellness, or pharma category exposure is a strong plus. Not a requirement.
- If you use AI tools in your process, tell us how. We're interested, not suspicious.

WHOM YOU'D WORK WITH

You'd report to our Visual Creative Head, who owns Cura's visual identity and design system, and work alongside our video editor and content team.

HOW WE'LL ASSESS YOU

Your portfolio first. If it's a fit, we'll give you our brand guidelines and a real brief, and ask for one asset so we can see how you work inside our system rather than how you work inside your own.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. In office, six days a week, Monday to Saturday.

ABOUT CURA

Cura is a wellness brand built on Ayurvedic science. Twenty-seven years old, 65+ patented products, seven owned warehouses, and thousands of doctors across India who recommend our products. We built all of that offline. The digital side of the brand is being built now, and this seat is part of it.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your portfolio and resume to [email protected], or message me here.

If you have bilingual work — anything where Hindi and English sit in the same layout — put it near the front. It's the part we most want to see and the part we least often get.
