About the RoleCygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Visual Communication, preferably with an Art College background, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.

The candidate will work on a variety of advertising, branding, print, publication, outdoor, and digital projects, transforming concepts and content into visually engaging and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for advertisements, brochures, catalogues, leaflets, posters, banners, hoardings, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Create layouts for both print and digital media.
- Handle DTP, typography, typesetting, image editing, and multi-page layouts.
- Prepare print-ready artwork as per production specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in colour, alignment, sizing, resolution, bleed, margins, and file formats.
- Make design revisions based on client and internal feedback.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Content, Production, and Client Servicing teams.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized artwork files and ensure quality throughout the production process.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of DTP and print production.
- Understanding of CMYK/RGB, DPI, bleed, crop marks,



and print-ready file preparation.
- Basic image editing and photo-retouching skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual communication.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, large-format printing, social media design, or Bengali/Hindi typesetting. Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, DTP, Print Design, or a related field.
- Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or an Art College background is preferred.
- Candidates from an advertising agency, design studio, publishing house, or printing industry will be preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong visual and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

? Portfolio RequirementA portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must submit their updated CV along with a relevant portfolio showcasing their best work in Graphic Design, Advertising, Print, DTP, Branding, or Digital Design.
