The Role

Design work that moves brands forward, not just fills briefs. From pitch decks to social posts, everything needs to be sharp. You'll move fast, wear multiple hats, and treat every brief as a chance to build a portfolio worth talking about. If slow days and easy timelines are your goal, this definitely isn't the right room.

What You'll Do

- Design across brand identity, campaigns, digital, and print
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams without silos




- Work on Malayalam social media collaterals for the Kerala audience, in addition to other design collaterals in English
- Handle everything from high-stakes pitches to day-to-day creatives
- Push creative boundaries while staying grounded in what works

What We Need

- Upto 2 years experience in designing work that delivered results
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools
- Portfolio showing range - big ideas and solid execution
- Willingness to work on whatever needs to get done
- Curiosity to learn newer and more effective ways to get things done
