Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team on an On-site, Full-time basis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, colors, composition, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and creative designs for social media platforms.
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the Social Media Strategist, content team, and other creative team members.
- Create designs for advertisements, offers, festivals, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Select appropriate typography, colors, layouts, images, and visual elements.
- Edit and enhance images for digital and social media use.
- Create multiple creative variations for campaigns and advertisements.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design and social media trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Take creative feedback and make revisions when required.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media design trends.
- Ability to turn ideas and briefs into robust visual concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio of previous work is required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and short-form video is an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple brands/clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative/design tools is a plus.
