Position: Government Procurement & Tendering Executive (GeM Specialist) – Virtual / Remote

CORE OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily Bid Tracking: Systematically track, screen, and audit daily tender notifications, requests for proposals (RFPs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).
- Document Breakdown: Deconstruct complex tender documents to map out specific mandatory eligibility parameters, financial turnover floors, and technical evaluation matrices.
- Dossier Assembly: Coordinate the flawless assembly of technical bid dossiers, ensuring absolute compliance with MSME/Udyam exemption clauses, past experience cataloguing, and administrative documentation guidelines.
- Pipeline Logging: Maintain a highly disciplined Excel ledger tracking open bid statuses, submission deadlines, technical evaluation schedules, and clarification windows.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Academic Baseline: Pursuing or recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Commerce (M.Com), Law (LL.B), Public Administration,



or a related field.
- Domain Experience: Prior academic or practical exposure to the GeM portal dashboard, public tendering mechanisms, or an understanding of the General Financial Rules (GFR) is highly preferred.
- Documentation Precision: Absolute, surgical attention to detail in English documentation, proofreading, and text processing.

MANDATORY INFRASTRUCTURE & REMOTE WORK CONDITIONS

- Work Workplace: This is a 100% virtual, remote internship placement.
- Hardware Requirements: The candidate must possess a reliable personal laptop/desktop (Active genuine Windows and Ms Office) workstation equipped with modern word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Connectivity Requirements: Access to a secure, stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) is mandatory to ensure real-time coordination and seamless document uploads onto government portals.

COMPENSATION, CERTIFICATION & PERKS

- Performance-Linked Profit Share: This is a high-incentive, commission-backed placement. The intern will receive a direct, predefined percentage share (e.g., 5% to 10%)



of the milestone consulting fees secured from every public tender or corporate project successfully won and onboarded through their bidding pipeline. [P.S. There is no fixed salary or honorarium. The performance-linked profit share will be issued as commission income to the intern exclusively after the successful securing and onboarding of a project.]
- Institutional Credentials: Upon successful completion of the assignment, the intern will be issued an official Certificate of Internship Completion.
- Executive Endorsement: High-performing candidates who meet their tracking milestones will receive a personalized, high-leverage Letter of Recommendation (LOR) signed directly by the Managing Director to support their future corporate or academic placements.
