RK Road Transport Pvt Ltd (RKRTPL) is looking for an experienced General Manager – Own Fleet (Trucks) to take full ownership of our 500+ vehicle Full Truck Load (FTL) fleet — 16-tyre 35MT rigid trucks/bulkers and 18-tyre 40MT bulkers/trailers.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role covering all six pillars of fleet performance:
? Traffic & Dispatch
?✈️ Driver Management
? Maintenance
? Tyre Management
⛽ Diesel/Fuel Management
? MIS & Reporting to the Director
What we're looking for:
✅ 5–10 years in truck fleet operations/transport management
✅ Strong Vehicle Monitoring & GPS tracking experience
✅ Proven Cost Control ability across maintenance, tyres, and fuel
✅ Solid Team Management & Leadership skills
✅ Direct FTL trucking, mining logistics,
or bulk transport experience preferred
✅ Comfort owning hard numbers — uptime %, maintenance cost/km, tyre life, fuel efficiency — not just responsibilities
? Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (in office, with travel to route/site locations)
? Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month, negotiable based on experience and fleet scale managed
