Are you an experienced Plant Finance & Accounts qualified ready to take ownership of financial control, budgeting, forecasting and MIS?

We are looking for a strong Plant Accounts & Finance Manager / Head for a leading Pharmaceutical / Medicine manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Plant Accounts & Finance operations
- Prepare and monitor Annual Budgets, Business Plans & Forecasts
- Develop accurate and timely MIS, financial reports & dashboards
- Monitor costing, expenses, variances and cost controls
- Analyse plant performance and provide actionable financial insights
- Ensure effective working capital, inventory & cash-flow control
- Drive budget vs. actual analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with Plant Operations, Corporate Finance, Procurement & Management

• Support management in decision-making through financial analysis
