Purpose The Global Brand & Communications Lead is responsible for building and protecting ELGi's global brand while driving integrated marketing campaigns that create business impact across markets. The role ensures a consistent brand narrative across all customer and employee touchpoints and enables regions with scalable campaign frameworks, messaging and communication assets.

Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital, Social Media, HR and Regional Marketing teams, this individual will translate global strategy into compelling campaigns and communication programs that can be effectively executed worldwide while allowing for regional relevance.

Role & responsibilities

- Successfully develop and deploy integrated global campaigns across products, industries, channel programs and corporate initiatives
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, messaging framework and tone of voice across all global communication platforms.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines, communication standards and campaign playbooks for global adoption.
- Create a clear strategy for Corporate and Regional social media channels,



ensuring consistent messaging while enabling local relevance.
- Strengthen employee engagement and employer branding through impactful internal communication initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Lead the Content and Graphic Design teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing assets that support global business priorities
- Develop standardized communication and messaging kits for exhibitions, webinars and customer engagement programs across global markets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications or Integrated Marketing, preferably in a global B2B or manufacturing workplace.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading global campaigns, brand governance and cross-functional communication programs.
- Experience managing creative, content or communication teams with strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
