Manage the India Contract Logistics Operations across different locations to deliver high level of customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations covering warehousing & Transportation .
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business requirements, customer expectations, and company objectives.
- Monitor operational performance across warehouses, distribution centers, transport operations.
- Ensure achievement of agreed SLA, KPI, OTIF, productivity, quality, cost, and customer service targets.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish standardized operating processes across locations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space, manpower, material handling equipment, and infrastructure.
