We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to take complete ownership of our restaurant operations at Mira Road.

Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

- Lead FOH, Kitchen, Billing and Support teams
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and guest experience
- Manage staffing, shifts, training and team performance
- Drive sales, profitability, customer retention and operational efficiency
- Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, expenses and key KPIs
- Handle guest feedback and ensure SOPs and compliance standards are followed





Candidate Profile✔ 5+ years of relevant F&B; / Restaurant experience

✔ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔ Valuable understanding of P&L;, food cost and inventory

✔ Experience in high-volume restaurant operations

✔ Strong problem-solving and guest-handling skills

✔ Ownership mindset and willingness to lead from the floor

? Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
