Shree Shyam Hotels is looking for an experienced, responsible and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of 5 hotel properties in Mussoorie.

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations, team management, guest experience and overall property performance across multiple locations.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of 5 hotel properties
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance and other departments
- Lead, train and manage the hotel teams across all properties
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hygiene and hospitality
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick and effective resolution
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, check-ins/check-outs and operational requirements
- Coordinate with sales, OTA and reservation teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor F&B; operations, service quality and food standards
- Control operational expenses and minimize unnecessary costs
- Ensure proper staff discipline, attendance and performance
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas requiring improvement
- Ensure all properties follow Shree Shyam Hotels’ SOPs and operational standards
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and maintenance teams whenever required




- Prepare regular operational reports and share updates with management
- Take ownership of overall guest satisfaction and property performance

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–7 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations
- Previous experience as Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / General Manager preferred
- Experience handling multiple properties will be a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B; operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Must be hands-on, disciplined and operationally robust
- Candidate should be comfortable working in Mussoorie
