Role Description The General Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The General

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring of civil engineering and construction activities.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves reviewing project progress, resolving issues, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors,



and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

The General

Manager will also contribute to business development, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure project delivery.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking tools.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to analyze risks, make data-informed decisions, and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior management or general management role within the construction or engineering sector is preferred.
