We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented General Manager who can take ownership of the company's overall growth and work directly with the CEO in driving the next stage of expansion.

About the Role The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall business operations, sales, distribution, market expansion, team management, and business development.

This is a leadership role for someone who can independently manage business functions, build solid market networks, identify growth opportunities, and convert business plans into execution.

The candidate will work directly with the CEO and will be expected to take ownership of key business decisions and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the CEO on business strategy, planning, and execution.
- Take overall responsibility for business growth and operational performance.
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies across different markets.
- Manage and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer, and trade relationships.
- Drive market expansion and increase product presence across territories.
- Develop and manage general trade networks.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, stock movement, distribution, and market coverage.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential trade partnerships.
- Build, manage, and motivate sales and operational teams.




- Set targets and monitor team performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and consumer behaviour.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
- Ensure effective coordination between different departments.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve revenue, distribution, market penetration, and profitability.
- Prepare regular business performance reports for the CEO and management.
- Ensure effective execution of company plans and strategies.
- Take ownership of business execution and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company in discussions with distributors, retailers, trade partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in sales, distribution, business development, or general trade.
- Strong understanding of distributor and retail networks.
- Experience managing distributors, dealers, retailers, and trade partners.
- Proven experience in market expansion and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and business understanding.
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities and make business decisions.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and take ownership of business targets.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
