About the Role

Studio Ridgeline is looking for an experienced and highly driven Studio Head / Business Head to lead our luxury interior projects and serve as the key interface between clients, designers, procurement, vendors and project/site teams.

This is a leadership and ownership role, not a pure design position. The ideal candidate should be able to take projects from the initial client brief through design coordination, furniture & furnishing procurement, site execution and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-value client meetings, understand requirements, manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee coordination between interior designers, architects, procurement teams, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure design intent is practically and commercially aligned with project requirements.
- Lead furniture, lighting, soft furnishing, décor, artwork and accessory selections.
- Manage vendor relationships, quality, pricing and delivery schedules.
- Drive project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed standards.
- Monitor materials, finishes, joinery, lighting, MEP coordination and overall site execution.
- Identify project bottlenecks and take quick, effective decisions to resolve critical issues.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, detailing and finishing quality.
- Understand and monitor budgets, BOQs, quotations, negotiations, variations and project margins.
- Build accountability across design, procurement, vendor and site teams.
- Take complete ownership of client satisfaction, design quality, project timelines and final delivery.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior professional with:

- 12–20 years of experience in luxury interiors, hospitality, premium residential or turnkey interior projects.
- Strong experience handling high-value clients and complex interior projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong design judgement with practical knowledge of execution.
- Good understanding of furniture, joinery, lighting, materials, finishes and soft furnishings.
- Strong exposure to site execution, procurement and project coordination.
- Ability to manage and lead designers, contractors, vendors and execution teams.
- Commercial understanding of project budgets, BOQs and vendor negotiations.
- High attention to detail and uncompromising quality standards.
- Robust ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility from brief to final handover.
