Baagh In The Wild Resort & Spa is a premium nature resort located on the Panna–Khajuraho Highway, near Madla Gate, Panna National Park, offering guests a unique blend of nature, leisure, hospitality and wellness.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to take complete responsibility for the resort’s day-to-day operations, team leadership, guest experience and overall business performance.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who can bring strong systems, discipline, service standards and commercial thinking to a growing resort operation.

Role Description The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the resort’s operations and performance, working closely with the Owners/Management to establish and maintain high standards across all departments.

Key responsibilities include

- Oversee complete resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Spa, Maintenance and Guest Services.
- Ensure smooth and productive day-to-day functioning of the property.
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational systems and service standards across departments.
- Lead, motivate and manage the resort team while maintaining discipline, professionalism and accountability.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews and feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Drive revenue growth, occupancy, ADR and profitability through effective operational and commercial strategies.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, expenses, payroll and overall cost control.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing/OTA channels to improve visibility,



bookings and revenue performance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluation of staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, maintenance and guest service throughout the property.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, local stakeholders and other external partners.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the Owners/Management.
- Contribute to the resort’s long-term business strategy, positioning and growth.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with proven leadership experience in a hotel/resort environment.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager / equivalent senior leadership position in the hotel or resort industry.
- Candidates must have relevant hotel/resort industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Resort Operations, F&B;, Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Proven ability to lead teams and independently handle operational challenges.
- Strong knowledge of P&L;, budgeting, cost control, revenue management and business performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to service quality and operational discipline.
- Working knowledge of PMS, OTA platforms, reservation systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to work and reside on-site at the resort in Panna/Khajuraho region.
- Hospitality Management qualification is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
