GenAI Engineer – Internship + Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic GenAI Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, software engineering, and learning content.

You will help build AI-powered systems that generate and quality-check learning content such as lesson scripts, coding exercises, projects, and MCQs. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career candidates who have built GenAI/LLM projects and are excited to work on real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and improve GenAI and Agentic AI workflows using Python and LLM APIs.
- Develop multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
- Build basic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or similar technologies.
- Develop AI-generated learning content including lesson scripts, coding exercises, projects, and MCQs.
- Create evaluation methods, rubrics, and quality checks to assess AI-generated content.
- Identify and fix hallucinations, incorrect information, outdated concepts, deprecated libraries, and broken code examples.
- Experiment with recent AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for curriculum and content development.
- Work with APIs, integrations, knowledge bases, memory, and basic observability.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of AI-generated content.
- Maintain clear documentation for projects and workflows.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Python.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs.
- Experience with prompt engineering / prompt design.
- Basic understanding of RAG and vector databases.
- Experience with at least one AI/agent framework such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI




- n8n
- AutoGen
- or equivalent
- Experience calling hosted LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and software integrations.
- Ability to evaluate AI output for accuracy and quality.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with React, MERN, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Knowledge of FastAPI or REST APIs.
- Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or other vector databases.
- Exposure to LangSmith, RAGAS, or other evaluation/observability tools.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Experience with AI/GenAI projects through internships, hackathons, coursework, or personal projects.
- Experience creating educational, technical, or learning content is a plus.

Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience in software development, AI, or GenAI.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have at least one practical GenAI/LLM project that they can demonstrate through GitHub, portfolio, or live demo.
- Internship, personal projects, hackathon, or academic projects are considered.
- Candidates must be willing to work 5 days a week from our Hyderabad office.
