GenAI Engineer – Agentic AI & Learning Content

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer who can build, deploy, and improve AI-powered systems that generate and quality-check learning content.

This role combines Generative AI, Agentic AI, software engineering, and learning content. You will design and run agentic workflows that create lesson scripts, coding exercises, graded projects, and MCQs, while also owning the quality and accuracy of the content delivered to learners.

The ideal candidate is comfortable building AI agents and evaluating their output, with a strong focus on accuracy, learner outcomes, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI workflows for learning-content generation.
- Develop multi-step, tool-calling workflows using n8n, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Work with LLM APIs and build reliable integrations around hosted models.
- Generate and improve learning content including:
- Lesson scripts
- Coding exercises
- Graded projects
- MCQs
- Technical learning material
- Design evaluation sets, rubrics, guardrails, and quality checks for AI-generated content.
- Review and correct AI-generated content for technical accuracy, instructional clarity, and relevance.
- Identify hallucinations, incorrect syntax, outdated GenAI concepts, deprecated libraries, broken code, and other content issues.
- Maintain and improve the quality of content throughout its lifecycle.
- Build and maintain memory, knowledge bases, integrations, and observability for AI pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues affecting content generation,



loading, accuracy, cost, and latency.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools, models, and frameworks.
- Recommend new technologies or approaches that can improve the learning-content pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, curriculum, and content teams.
- Continuously improve agent performance based on evaluation results and learner outcomes.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience building software, GenAI applications, or AI/automation systems.
- At least one deployed LLM application or Agentic AI workflow that can be demonstrated through GitHub, portfolio, or live demo.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG
- Vector Databases
- LLM APIs
- AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with MERN / full-stack development.
- Experience with one or more agent/automation frameworks:
- n8n
- LangGraph
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- or equivalent
- Experience building multi-step and tool-calling workflows.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated output using structured rubrics and evaluation methods.
- Understanding of common GenAI challenges such as:
- Hallucinations
- Prompt injection
- Latency
- Cost optimization
- Reliability
- Comfortable using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.




- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in EdTech, learning platforms, assessment, or structured content.
- Experience with LangSmith, RAGAS, or similar evaluation/observability tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated content pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment.
- Experience with GitHub and open-source projects.
- Technical writing, documentation, blogging, or other public project work.
