Job Opening – Cash-In Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily Cash-In requests and ensure timely clearance.
- Handle RT & DI requests, verification, and transaction monitoring.
- Manage and allocate funds to vendors, banking partners, and payment partners.
- Monitor bank balances, settlements, fund transfers, and pending transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Handle daily reconciliation and maintain accurate MIS/reports.
- Resolve failed, pending, and reversed transactions within defined TAT.
- Manage and guide the Cash-In team and ensure SOP compliance.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Banking & Fintech Operations.
- Good understanding of NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI and bank transactions.
- Experience in fund management, reconciliation, and vendor settlements.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred: Experience in Fintech, Payment Operations, DMT, AEPS, BBPS, UPI, Payout or Banking Operations. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
