Key Responsibilities

Frontend &

- Cross-Platform Mobile Engineering

- Design, build, and maintain responsive web interfaces (React, Next.js, or Vue.js) and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

- Build reusable, clean UI components, state management structures, and interactive application screens for both web and mobile environments.

- Optimize frontend and mobile application performance, frame rates, bundle sizes, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.

- Integrate client-side web and Flutter applications with backend RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streams.

Backend Architecture &

- APIs

- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and microservices using server-side frameworks (Node.js, NestJS, or Python).

- Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase, MySQL, MongoDB) with clean schemas, indexing, and queries.

- Manage authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and end-to-end security across web, mobile, and server environments.

- Implement asynchronous queues, background task processing, event-driven workflows,



and scheduled cron jobs.

Integrations, DevOps &

- App Publishing

- Build and manage third-party API integrations, Webhooks, payment gateways, and third-party SaaS tools.

- Manage Flutter deployment pipelines, including building, testing, and releasing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, GCP, or Firebase).

- Implement error monitoring, crash reporting, unit/integration testing, and system logging to ensure high availability and stability.

Collaboration &

- Technical Ownership

- Collaborate with designers, product leads, and cross-functional teams from architecture scoping to production delivery.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce Git branching standards, and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.

- Maintain transparent technical documentation, API specifications, DB schemas, and system architecture diagrams.
