About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Frappe / ERPNext Developer to take ownership of building and scaling end-to-end solutions. In this role, you won't be bogged down by corporate red tape; you will have the autonomy to build robust systems and see your code hit production rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development : Architect, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.

• Customization : Create and manage custom DocTypes, Server Scripts (Python), Client Scripts (JavaScript), and print formats (Jinja/HTML).

• API Integration : Build and consume REST APIs to seamlessly integrate ERPNext with third-party platforms and internal systems.

• System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Frappe/ERPNext applications for maximum performance and scalability.

• Database Management: Write productive SQL queries and manage data structures within MariaDB.

• Deployment & Maintenance: Utilize Frappe Bench for site management, app installation, and routine system updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience : Proven past experience building and customizing solutions within the Frappe framework and ERPNext ecosystem.

• Core Technologies :



Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja templating.

• Database Mastery: Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically MariaDB/MySQL.

• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the discipline to manage your own time effectively in a fully remote setup.
