About the Role

18Pixels is looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work confidently across both front-end and back-end development, with exposure to healthcare and e-commerce domain projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features end-to-end and collaborating closely with design, QA, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on both front-end and back-end development for web applications
- Build and maintain features for healthcare and e-commerce platforms
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality products
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, healthcare data systems, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications




- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

Required Skills

- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js (or similar framework)
- Back-end: Node.js / Express.js
- Database: MongoDB / MySQL
- Basic understanding of healthcare or e-commerce domain workflows (patient portals, appointment systems, product catalogs, payment/checkout flows, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of RESTful API design
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Positive to Have

- Prior project experience specifically in healthcare or e-commerce
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Prior experience in an agency or client-facing project environment
