Night Shift HR. Bitcot Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Executive to support our CEO in managing HR and operational activities for both our Indian and US operations. The ideal candidate should have up to 1.5 years of relevant experience (no freshers) and possess strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist in Indian and US hiring operations processes, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO s desk and maintain skilled communication.
- Manage and schedule the CEO s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct online research and provide insights or reports as needed.
- Schedule and host interview calls with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO or reporting manager.

Requirements

- Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in HR, operations, or administrative roles.
- Education:



Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Location: Must be based in Chennai or Indore (even though it s a remote role).

Skills

- Proficiency in email management and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and hiring tools is a plus.
