Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in frontend development, web applications, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, UI development, APIs, software engineering, and enterprise applications.

The Frontend Software Engineer will work closely with software, backend, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, and improve responsive, reliable, and user-friendly web applications and digital interfaces.

The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, REST APIs, state-management libraries, UI frameworks, cloud platforms, testing tools, and backend integrations depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend development, frontend engineering, web development, UI development, software engineering, software development, full-stack development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Frontend Software Engineer, Frontend Engineer, Frontend Developer,



React Developer, Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, UI Developer, Web Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with TypeScript will be beneficial.
- Exposure to React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks will be beneficial.
- Understanding of component-based development, reusable UI components, routing, forms, events, and frontend application structure.
- Familiarity with responsive web design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility concepts.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
- Exposure to state-management technologies such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with UI libraries and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or other backend technologies will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of SQL, databases, backend systems, or full-stack application architecture will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, debugging, browser developer tools, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest,



React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, or similar frontend-testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend build and package-management tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, caching, code splitting, browser storage, and application performance will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, authentication tokens, role-based access control, API security, or secure web-development practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, or translating designs into functional web interfaces will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Progressive Web Apps, server-side rendering, static-site generation, or modern frontend architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, data visualization, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, frontend project, React project, Angular project, web-development project, GitHub project, portfolio, personal website, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, JavaScript technologies, UI tools, cloud platforms, and modern software-development practices.
