MailerMen has an opening for a Frontend / React Developer based out of Bangalore. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces with React, focusing on performance, accessibility and clean component design. Freshers with solid fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Bangalore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Engineering - Frontend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Implement accessible components following WCAG basics.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page-load performance.




- Build responsive user interfaces using React.
- Work with REST APIs and application state.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Follow accessibility, responsive design and coding best practices.
- Convert UI designs into reusable frontend components.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent practical training in Computer Science/IT preferred.
- Good to have: Storybook, Zustand, Redux, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Webpack
