Responsibilities

- Own the frontend technology roadmap, architecture, and engineering standards.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of frontend engineers.

- Take end-to-end ownership of key products and frontend initiatives.

- Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React.js.

- Drive technical decisions around architecture, performance, security, and developer experience.

- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and engineering processes.

- Partner closely with product, design, backend, and business teams to define and deliver product experiences.

- Review code, provide technical direction, and raise the overall engineering quality of the team.

- Own production reliability, performance,
