A Front Office Executive Cum Sales Consultant handles customers at the front desk and also helps the company get current customers and increase sales.

Main Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner.

- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.

- Explain the company’s products or services to customers.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Prepare quotations, bills, or other basic documents when required.

- Maintain customer details and sales records.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure good customer service.

- Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests politely.

- Support daily front-office and administrative activities.





- Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.

Skills required

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude.

- Ability to convince and communicate with customers.

- Good follow-up skills.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
