What youll do:
- Counsel patients for skin, hair, laser and aesthetic treatments as recommended by the dermatologist.
- Explain procedures, treatment plans, packages, pricing and aftercare professionally.
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, leads and follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build solid patient relationships and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Drive consultation-to-treatment and package conversions ethically.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and front-desk teams.
- Maintain daily follow-up, conversion and revenue records.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology,
wellness or premium healthcare clinics.
- Excellent communication, counselling and sales skills.
- Confident, presentable and target-oriented personality.
- Strong follow-up and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable discussing premium/high-value treatments.
- Punctual, disciplined and professional.
- Gurgaon-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate preferred.
