WE ARE HIRING – FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Olympeak Physio & Sports Science is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Executive to join our team.

Location: Bangalore

Position: Front Desk Executive

Salary: ₹14,000 onwards (based on experience and skills)

Work Timings:

- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Timings may vary depending on the day and patient requirements.
- 1-hour lunch break included

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients/clients professionally.
- Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and client enquiries.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, trainers, and other team members.
- Maintain client records, attendance, and appointment data.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic daily cash reconciliation.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and pending payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with data entry, reports, documentation, and daily administrative work.




- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Pleasant, skilled, and approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, fitness, or sports facility is preferred.
