Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Create and update product listings.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Process and monitor online orders.
- Track returns, cancellations, and replacements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Maintain daily sales and order reports.
- Monitor product availability and inventory.
- Handle basic customer queries related to online orders.
- Support marketplace operations and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn e-commerce operations.
