Job Role Customer Support Executive

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer details and interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.

Salary Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Advantages

Experienced: 26,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
