Job Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Freight Broker to manage and grow relationships with US-based shippers and carriers, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate loads from pickup to delivery.

Job details:

- Position: Freight Broker (US Logistics)
- Experience: 1-5 year experienced
- Employment: Full-Time | Onsite
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹80,000 CTC/Month
- Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day
- Shift Timings: 6 pm -3 am

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and book freight loads from US shippers
- Find, negotiate & dispatch loads with reliable carriers
- Build strong relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate competitive rates and maximize margins
- Handle calls, emails and follow-ups with US clients
- Track shipments and coordinate pickup & delivery
- Maintain accurate load, rate and carrier documentation
- Resolve delays, service issues and operational challenges
- Meet daily/weekly targets for loads, revenue and margins

Skills Required:

- Strong US English communication & negotiation skills
- Valuable knowledge of US trucking & freight operations
- Experience with DAT, Truckstop or similar load boards
- Understanding of FTL / LTL, dry van, reefer & flatbed operations
- Strong follow-up,



problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a US night shift environment
