About the opportunity

Builrode Construction Pvt Ltd invites freelance interior designers to collaborate on residential renovation projects in Noida.

We are looking for designers who combine thoughtful space planning, a strong visual sense and practical detailing. Your work should reflect the homeowners needs, respect the agreed budget and give the execution team clear instructions.

Assignments may cover complete apartments or individual spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. You will work closely with Builrode’s project leadership and site team to carry approved designs through to execution.

What you will contribute

- Understand the homeowner’s brief, budget and existing-site conditions. Develop layouts that improve everyday use, circulation, storage and furniture placement.
- Present design concepts, mood boards and material selections. Consider availability, durability, maintenance and cost alongside appearance.
- Prepare dimensioned working drawings appropriate to the assignment, including layouts, elevations, kitchen and wardrobe details, ceiling plans, lighting layouts and service-point coordination.
- Produce 3D views where included in the agreed scope, keeping visualisations consistent with the drawings and selected materials.
- Resolve design queries with the site engineer and relevant vendors. Identify dimensional or service conflicts early and coordinate revisions before execution.
- Maintain drawing versions and approval records.



Deliver final PDFs and agreed editable project files at the relevant milestones.

Builrode’s site team handles daily execution. Your site visits and design-support commitments will be agreed for each assignment. What we are looking for

- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Relevant residential design experience, supported by a portfolio that clearly identifies your contribution.
- Working drawings and completed-project examples demonstrating that your designs can be executed.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or compatible drafting software, plus SketchUp or an equivalent visualisation tool.
- Practical understanding of residential materials, kitchen and wardrobe detailing, finishes and coordination with electrical and plumbing work.

- Clear communication, constructive handling of feedback and reliable delivery against agreed timelines.
- Availability for prearranged visits to Noida project sites.

How we work together Each paid assignment begins with a written brief covering deliverables, fees, timelines, payment milestones, included revision rounds and site visits. Additional scope is agreed separately.

You can complete design work from your own workspace, with scheduled coordination meetings. Assignments are offered as project requirements arise and are mutually agreed based on your availability.
