About the Role

Vraify is looking for independent Freelance HR Recruiters to support global talent acquisition assignments. You will source, screen and coordinate candidates for roles across different functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional communities, universities and existing networks.
- Review profiles and resumes against each role's requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and share qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate communication.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular progress updates.
- Work independently across multiple hiring assignments.

Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or candidate coordination.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to assess profiles against role-specific requirements.
- Ability to work independently and provide regular updates.
- Availability for approximately 3-4 hours per day.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Acceptance of the performance-based compensation model: ₹1,000 per successfully onboarded candidate, with no fixed salary.
