About the Role

Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchise company, is hiring a Franchise Coordinator to manage client communication and support. You'll be the key link between our franchise partners and the company, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to franchise client queries, concerns, and issues
- Coordinate booking of preschool resources (books, uniforms, etc.)
- Follow up on franchise payments and resolve payment issues
- Maintain client records and interactions in the CRM system
- Support sales and marketing with upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Organize and assist with client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Stay current on company products,



services, and policies
- Collaborate with the team to improve client satisfaction and workflows

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service mindset with professional problem-solving ability
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus
- Freshers welcome to apply; prior experience is an advantage
