Ficial Planning Analysis (FPA) and Revenue Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and analytical fice professional to support both Ficial Planning Analysis (FPA) and Revenue Accounting activities. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, ficial reporting, revenue recognition, and providing business insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires close collaboration with fice, sales, operations, and business stakeholders to drive ficial performance and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and ficial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze ficial results, identify key variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track and monitor KPIs, business performance metrics, and revenue trends.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual ficial reporting and planning processes.
- Oversee revenue recognition and revenue close activities in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Review revenue reports, reconciliations, and ficial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with business, sales, fice, and operations teams to provide ficial insights and support commercial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS requirements, internal controls, and corporate goverce standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.





Skills Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Fice, Accounting, or a related field; Qualified or semi qualified CA, ICWA, CMA, or MBA (Fice) preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in FPA, Revenue Accounting, Corporate Fice, or related fice functions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, ficial analysis, and revenue recognition principles.
- Knowledge of IFRS and revenue accounting practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ficial modelling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Mode: 5 Days from Office Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase - 1
