About the role:

I’m looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with me across the ventures and businesses I’m building.

The work spans multiple areas including CareerTech, AI, business growth, events and social impact, along with a set of collaborative business services operated through external partners.

The ventures are at different stages. Some are being built, some are being tested, some are being grown, and some require figuring things out from the ground up.

Because of that, this is not a role with a fixed daily task list.

You’ll work closely with me and get exposure to how ideas are researched, evaluated, built, tested, executed and eventually scaled.

What you will work on:

Your responsibilities will change based on what needs to move forward. This may include:

- Market, industry and competitor research
- Lead generation and business development
- Outreach and follow-ups
- Venture and business chance validation
- Supporting marketing and brand initiatives
- Building processes, systems and operating workflows
- Client and partner coordination
- Preparing proposals, presentations and business documents
- Supporting sales and conversion activities
- Coordinating with operational partners across service businesses
- Using AI tools for research, analysis, content and execution
- Tracking tasks, priorities and execution across different initiatives
- Supporting day-to-day founder's office work
- Taking an idea or requirement and figuring out the steps needed to move it forward

Building platforms around career discovery, skills, opportunities and employment.

AI: Exploring AI-powered products, including personalised career guidance.

Business Growth: Working with founders, SMEs and growing businesses across digital, operational and commercial growth.

Events & Experiences: Building and operating experiential event businesses serving corporate clients.

Social Impact: Developing youth-led initiatives around education, health and youth leadership.

Alongside these ventures, we also work with operating partners across services such as US immigration, Corporate Experiential Events, SaaS development, marketing, corporate travel etc For these collaborative services, our role is primarily around business development and lead generation, while the operating partner handles end-to-end service delivery. The intern can earn additional commission on successfully closed service deals.

- Are comfortable working without a detailed playbook
- Naturally look for solutions rather than just pointing out problems
- Can take ownership of a task and figure out the next steps
- Are curious about businesses, markets, customers and how things work
- Can switch between research, execution, coordination and business development




- Are comfortable taking initiative instead of waiting for instructions
- Use AI tools genuinely to improve the quality and speed of your work
- Are willing to handle both strategic and routine work depending on what the business needs

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience is not the main criteria. Your ability to learn, think independently, communicate clearly and get things done matters more.

What you can expect:

You’ll work directly with the founder rather than being placed into one isolated function.

You’ll see how decisions are made, how priorities change, how opportunities are evaluated, how businesses are tested and what happens when an idea doesn't work as expected.

You will also be expected to contribute, not just observe.

Some assignments will be clearly defined. Others may start with a simple problem or objective where you’ll need to figure out the approach yourself.

If you’re looking for a conventional internship with a fixed and predictable responsibilities, this may not be the right role.

If you want hands-on exposure to building and growing businesses across different stages, it could be a strong fit.
