Role Description The Founders Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support daily operations across sales, project coordination, and business activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with documentation, preparing presentations, organizing potential client information, and helping track project timelines and deliverables. The intern will support day to day office activities, and help streamline internal processes and communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon,



requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to support project coordination and sales, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic presentation design.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or related fields; coursework or projects in these areas are a plus.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Current student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
