Why This Role?

This is not a traditional sales job or back-office coordinator gig. As a Founder's Office Executive, you will be the "Growth Engine" and the "Front Face" of Chop Finance. You will run the entire customer journey end-to-end, from identifying prospective founders and pitching solutions to closing deals, seamlessly onboarding them, and ensuring they remain happy, lifelong partners.

You will sit right next to the founding team, speak directly with budding startup founders every day, and get an uncapped, 360-degree view into how businesses are built, funded, and scaled.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Funnel: Manage end-to-end client acquisition and retention, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to consultation, closing, onboarding, and ongoing account relationship management.
- Founder Consultations: Lead discovery and conversion calls with budding entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, and growing MSMEs. Decode their legal, GST, bookkeeping, and compliance bottlenecks and tailor solutions to get them off the ground.
- Deal Closing: Pitch Chop Finance’s modern, AI-backed accounting and compliance stack, handle objections, structure offerings, and close deals with high conversion velocity.
- White-Glove Onboarding:



Ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to kickoff, coordinating directly with our internal finance and compliance experts to deliver an effortless client setup.
- Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the strategic partner for our active client portfolio, driving retention, resolving high-touch escalations, and unlocking upsell/expansion opportunities as their businesses scale.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate direct client feedback and market patterns into actionable insights for the founders, actively shaping our product roadmap, pricing, and service offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

- High Bias for Action: You are hungry, coachable, and thrive in an autonomous, fast-moving startup environment.
- Natural Persuasion & Empathy: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can simplify complex compliance topics, hold sharp commercial conversations, and command respect on calls with founders.
- Commercial Drive: Prior experience (or high aptitude) in sales, client servicing, founder’s office, or customer success, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
- Relentless Ownership: You don't wait for playbooks—you build them. You take pride in moving leads across stages, hitting targets, and obsessing over customer satisfaction.
